I had a terrible nightmare last night...I was half awake and attempting to move my body but i cannot. Thank God my husband slept beside me that night. He patted me in the middle of my bad dream. Whew! Can't get over with this sleeping trauma so i started to research. Then my good friend wiki return this information about NIGHTMARE.

hi mommy anne, thanks God that you're husband was awake! patrick has experienced this a number of times. he said, what he always do is he attempts his best to move his thumb foot finger and from there he could move his body.
